Inmobilia creates communities. As a leading company in the sector, they develop innovative proposals that seamlessly blend with the environment and offer luxury, high quality, sustainable options. In sum, more than 7,800,000 square meters of developments support their expertise and exceptional track record in creating lifestyles and transforming skylines.

Inmobilia has been operating for more than 20 years based on the expert knowledge of the high-end and fast-growing markets where it invests, with clear foresight of the latest real estate trends, and the transformation of the landscape and creation of a luxurious and exclusive lifestyle. All this has provided Inmobilia with valuable longitudinal experience in the design, development, commercialization, production and operation of various types of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, business and hospitality in southern México, and more recently, nationwide. Inmobilia has created developments that represent an investment of more than USD $1,000M.

The company recently placed—with great success— Development Capital Certificates (CKDs) for up to 6,000 million pesos in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), and has positioned itself as the leader in the premium real estate market. It’s behind iconic projects in México like Mérida, San Luis Potosí, México City, Cancún, Tulúm, and also in Belize and Spain.

Inmobilia has developed more than 60 projects, with 727 million dollars of committed capital and more than 7,800,000 square meters of gross profitable area, which have received several international awards. Among them, more than 20 have been presented to Yucatan Country Club and its Nicklaus Signature “El Jaguar Golf Course,” as well as Four Seasons Caye Chapel and Via Montejo.

Founded in Monterrey in 1972 by two architects, Antonio Elosúa Muguerza (President) and Xavier Toussaint Elosúa (Vice President), U-Calli is one of the leading developers in the region. The company has led the development of numerous real estate projects, with a focus on residential, commercial and office developments in response to a recent resurgence in tourist areas. Today, U-Calli has a presence in multiple Mexican states, including Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Yucatán and Quintana Roo, and the firm continues to develop projects in partnership with other like-minded elite developers in the country. Its portfolio includes over 300,000 square meters of premium office space, with more than 100,000 square meters generating strong profits, contributing to a total approximate value of over three billion pesos. Additionally, the company has an established track record of producing more than 1,500 million pesos per year in residential and condominium sales, with strong cash reserves to help fund the next 10 years of development.

Built on the principles of trust, honesty, transparency with investors, regulatory compliance and careful selection of projects, U-Calli sustained healthy, profitable growth year after year, earning the respect and admiration of its clients, investors and partners alike. The firm’s strong relationships have allowed the company to continually meet or exceed expectations on all projects, while also promoting environmental stewardship, design and construction excellence, and industry innovation.
